Imedi is a complete website for a charity foundation in a warm, trustworthy style: soft white, deep plum and marigold, a friendly serif. On the start page the numbers count up, it shows the projects furthest from their goal and a ring of where the money goes.
Projects: area, region, goal, raised, progress bar and supporters; funded projects can be hidden. How to help: a gift calculator – amount, once or monthly → what the gift does (for a year when monthly) – and volunteer roles. Give & join: a pledge for a project (no payment on the site – bank details by e-mail) or volunteering, with a time for the call or first meeting; messages arrive in the admin and by e-mail.
The language switch is a row of postage stamps with flags; on phones the menu is a letter whose envelope opens. Installation: upload two files and open install.php – the assistant checks your web space, connects the MySQL database and sets everything up.
