Tilo is a complete website for an art gallery in white-cube style: warm white, ink and ultramarine, a classic serif and museum wall labels. The theme draws every work itself from its style and colours – so the template ships no artwork by anyone else. On the start page the current exhibition hangs on the photo of the wall, visitors see whether the gallery is open right now and how many days the exhibition still runs.

Exhibitions sort themselves by date: now, coming and the archive. Works: filters for artist, technique, price and availability, wall labels with size, price and state, and “see it on a wall” – the work at its real size next to a 200 cm sofa on a white, warm or dark wall. Visit: guided tour (group, language, price), private viewing or a question about a work; requests arrive in the admin and by e-mail.

The language switch is a small hang of framed pictures with flags; on phones the menu is a wall of wall labels. Installation: upload two files and open install.php – the assistant checks your web space, connects the MySQL database and sets everything up.
