Kalami is drawn on dot-grid paper in cobalt ink with yellow and pink highlighter: a highlighter stroke slides under the current page in the top navigation, and a “today” rail on the right shows the week’s live lessons and deadlines. A dark mode is included.

Dashboard: active students, progress, average grade, weekly enrolments and who needs a nudge. Course builder: modules and lessons – drag them with mouse, finger or keyboard, with a lesson editor. Students: filters, bulk enrolment, messages and a profile with every course. Grading: submissions with a four-criteria rubric, grades by your scale and quick feedback. Quizzes: a question editor and a try-it mode with a score.

The language switch is a set of flash cards – the flag on the front, a greeting on the back. The school and everyone in it are invented. Just open index.html.
