Bina is built on warm drafting paper with deep green and brass: the navigation is a building section where every page is a floor and the lift stops at the current page, and the language switch is the key board at the reception. A dark mode is included.

Overview: occupancy, rent collected this month, arrears, open tickets, a 12-month chart, overdue tenants and leases ending soon. Properties: every building as a facade – each window is a unit in the colour of its status. Tenants: leases, payment history, renew, give notice and sign new leases. Rent: the monthly rent roll, part payments and reminders. Maintenance: tickets, contractors and costs. Viewings: a week calendar with a conflict check.

The company, the buildings and all people are invented. Just open index.html.
